Vizuly Software Licensing
Our goal in creating Vizuly was to offer something to the community to further the advance of data visualization, while at the same time provide a way that could financially support the continued development of this contribution.
As such, Vizuly software source code is covered under a dual license agreement.
All vizuly core library files, as well as all Vizuly Community components are covered under an open source MIT license that can be found directly in each source file. This means that you are free to use the vizuly core library and Community Components files as you see fit for commercial or non commercial use.
The vizuly software that is offered for purchase (Vizuly Basic, Vizuly Premium, and Vizuly Professional) is covered under the commercial license. The commercial license basically says each product is meant for the use of one developer. If more than one developer would like to use the source code or program against the component API then that developer would purchase another license. You can do pretty much anything you want with the source code except sell it as stand alone component source code.
If there is any question as to the license of a specific source code file, you can find the information in the header or footer of the file.
