Hey,
I get “cannot read property value of undefined” when a category array has only one item.
Try to edit the radialbar_data.json in your VizulyPremium examples. Remove all but one item in the “Bronze” category array and you’ll get this error.
I can’t use this component now so I’m planning to ask for my money back if I don’t get it fixed myself.
vizulyAugust 12, 2020 at 12:48 pm #11989Hello Jussi,
Thank you for your report. I would like to help you resolve this issue.
Right now for a quick fix you could put a value of ‘0’ for all countries that do not have bronze medals instead of removing those elements completely from the array.
If though, you want to have asymmetrical series, where each category could have a varying number of elements, that is something I could help you customize so the chart supports that.
Just let me know.
Kind Regards,
Tom
vizulyAugust 12, 2020 at 1:14 pm #11990Hello Jussi,
I made a slight customization to the RadialBar component to support the data structure you describe above. I am happy to send you a this modified version and sample code to run it if you would like. Just shoot me an email at [email protected]
Kind Regards,
Tom
Jussi RantalaAugust 13, 2020 at 3:08 am #11992Still waiting for the e-mail. I noticed that this happens also when a country in the example json is only in one category. For example USA is only in Gold category and removed from others.
Jussi RantalaAugust 13, 2020 at 3:48 am #11993Actually it happens always when you don’t have the same amount of items in every category.
vizulyAugust 13, 2020 at 5:48 am #11994Hello Jussi,
Just replied to your email (we are in the PDT time zone.)
Let me know if the modified version works for your needs. Feel free to post here or just reply to my email.
