i log in, i am logged in, and when i go to the “costumer support” – i still get the message of “only logged in costumers can send…please log in and then you can send a message directly through this form..”vizulyNovember 2, 2016 at 9:44 am #6569
Are you using your login user name that was created during the checkout process when you purchased a Vizuly product?
